The hotel is located in Ottiolu, a small village north of Budoni, on the East coast route (S.P.1 on Km 3) for Porto Ottiolu and San Teodoro. It is situated in a marvelous area of about 10 hectares, part garden and part Mediterranean flora and stretches out to the beach of Ottiolu: white sand beach about 300 meters away from the main building and easily and directly accessible. The centre of Ottiolu, with its lively square and lovely port- starting point of excursions by boat – is at walking distance of only 800 meters. The 77 rooms are arranged in the following way: 31 rooms are located in the main building of which 16 (almost all with side sea view) are on the Ground floor with double beds (2 beds of cm 90) and 8 with sofa transformable into a “bunk bed”. All rooms are furnished in a beautiful typical Mediterranean style, with colors reminding the tones of the floors and walls, and all with patio equipped with table and chairs; On the first floor the other 15 rooms have a terrace: 8 with a breathtaking sea view and 7 with a back view; all with double bed of cm 160 and terrace with table and chairs. Also these are furnished in Mediterranean style with light green and yellow tones. 46 are divided in three blocks located between the reception and the main building, all on the ground floor, with patio equipped with table and chairs.
